Join us for an empowering two-day weekend Weight Management Workshop, designed to help you build a healthier relationship with food, boost your confidence, and embrace your body, whatever your size.
This workshop is open to both hypnotherapists and non-hypnotherapists, offering a welcoming space for anyone interested in transforming their mindset and approach to health.
Led by Sarah Campbell, senior lecturer, and Georgia Watson, lecturer at LCCH International who has a special interest in weight management, this transformative program provides powerful hypnotherapy techniques and practical tools to help you regain control of cravings, shift unhelpful habits, and nurture a more positive and sustainable attitude toward food and well-being.
Participants will also experience group hypnosis sessions, designed to support deep mindset shifts and reinforce self-acceptance, confidence, and long-term success. Whether you are looking to support others or begin your journey, this workshop will empower you to appreciate how your body works, celebrate who you are, and make meaningful changes from the inside out.
Workshop Structure
Duration: 1 weekend (2 full days)

behavioral transformation and healthy habit formation.

What You Will Experience During the Weekend
Day 1: Laying the Groundwork for Change
Focus: Shift your mindset, set meaningful goals, understand the root causes of unhealthy habits and build a solid foundation for your journey.
- Welcome & Introductions: Start the day with a clear vision of your goals.
- Mindset Breakthroughs: Learn how to overcome mental barriers and limiting beliefs that may have held you back.
Hypnotherapy Session 1: Unlock self-worth and visualize yourself thriving with a healthier body and mindset.
Lunch Break (1 hr)
Emotional Eating interactive workshop: Discover how to identify and overcome emotional triggers and responses and create an action plan for managing emotional and stress-related eating. Learn powerful stress management self-soothing techniques.
Hypnotherapy Session 2: Learn empowering techniques and practice long-term, develop healthy boundaries protecting your mental and emotional wellbeing and to gain more control over your emotions.
Goal Setting: Define achievable, motivating goals to guide your transformation.
Day 2: Building Resilience, Motivation and Sustainable Habits
Focus: Strengthening motivation, managing setbacks, and creating a plan for long-term success.
- Progress Check-In: Celebrate wins and discuss challenges from Day 1.
- Understanding Cravings & Mindful Eating: Gain control over cravings and develop intuitive eating and healthier eating habits.
- Learn strategies to overcome setbacks and stay committed even during difficult moments.
Hypnotherapy Session 3: Empower yourself with tools to manage temptations and boost confidence in self-control.

Rewiring Self-Image:
- Discussion on self-perception and how it influences our behaviour around food, aligning new self-image with goals
Hypnotherapy Session 4: Group session to integrate new habits and reinforce a healthy self-image
Motivation and Resilience Workshop:
- Sustainable Strategies: Create a personalised plan to maintain progress long after the workshop.
- Integrating New Habits for Long-Term Success
- Self-Hypnosis Review: Perfect your techniques and prepare for continued use.
