TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply to all new enrolments and services provided by BCCH International Ltd. (Company No. 17034638), registered in England and Wales.


The London College of Clinical Hypnotherapy International is a trading name operated by BCCH International Ltd.

The information (including fees) on this site is accurate at the time of publication. However, amendments may be made from time to time without notice, both in relation to individual courses and the facilities or services available from, or provided by, the College.


Course fees are fully inclusive of all course materials unless otherwise stated.


A minimum number of students is required for enrolment for any of our courses to run. The College reserves the right to withdraw or change a class, course or programme if there is a significant reduction in attendance.


Fees paid, either in full or in part, are not refundable unless the course is cancelled by the College. However, should you not be accepted to attend the course, your deposit will be refunded in full.


Where applicable, required tutorial fees are paid directly to your tutor.


All new enrolments and contracts are with BCCH International Ltd.


These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

BCCH International Ltd (trading as The London College of Clinical Hypnotherapy International) is committed to promoting a safe, supportive and respectful learning environment for all students.

Given the nature of clinical hypnotherapy training, course participation may involve personal reflection, supervised practical work and discussion of sensitive topics. We therefore take student welfare and safeguarding responsibilities seriously.

We aim to:

    • Encourage open communication where students can raise concerns confidentially;
    • Ensure tutors and supervisors act responsibly and ethically at all times;
    • Respond appropriately to concerns relating to student welfare, vulnerability or risk;

Where information is disclosed that raises concerns about safety or significant risk, we may take appropriate action, which could include referral to relevant professional services or authorities where legally required.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) advice and information

Protecting the health and wellbeing of our students and colleagues is our priority. We continue to be guided by the latest official government guidance.
As our government’s guidance continues to change, we will be updating our plans for your safe return to attend the weekend courses regularly.

Our venues are 4* hotels. We ensure they meet the safety and protection guidelines and personally inspect the hotel including the training room.
