The London College of Clinical Hypnotherapy International (LCCHI) warmly invites you to join our inspiring two-day weekend workshop designed to support lasting, positive change in the way you think, feel, and respond to food, health, and self-care.

Whether you are a practising hypnotherapist, a student therapist, or simply someone wishing to develop a healthier and more compassionate relationship with yourself and your body, this empowering workshop offers practical tools, therapeutic insight, and transformational experiences in a safe and supportive environment.

Led by senior lecturer Sarah Campbell alongside lecturer Georgia Watson, who has a special interest in weight management and behavioural change, this workshop combines evidence-informed hypnotherapeutic approaches with mindful, holistic strategies to encourage sustainable wellbeing and long-term success.

Participants will experience guided group hypnosis sessions, reflective exercises, practical techniques, and interactive discussions designed to help shift unhelpful patterns, reduce emotional eating, strengthen motivation, and cultivate greater self-confidence and self-acceptance.

This workshop is not about unrealistic dieting or perfection. It is about learning to work with your mind and body more positively, compassionately, and effectively.

Day One – Creating the Foundations for Change

Theme: Awareness, Mindset and Emotional Wellbeing

The first day focuses on understanding the emotional and psychological influences connected to eating habits, self-image, and motivation.

Welcome and Introductions

  • Begin the weekend in a welcoming and supportive environment while exploring your personal goals and intentions for positive change.

Mindset and Behavioural Awareness

  • Explore how beliefs, habits, emotional responses, and internal dialogue can influence eating behaviours and self-esteem.

Group Hypnosis Session One

  • Experience a deeply relaxing and empowering hypnosis session focused on self-worth, confidence, and developing a healthier mindset.

Emotional Eating Interactive Workshop

  • Gain insight into emotional and stress-related eating patterns while learning practical techniques for emotional regulation, self-soothing, and healthier responses to stress.

Group Hypnosis Session Two

  • Develop greater emotional resilience, stronger personal boundaries, and improved self-control through guided therapeutic hypnosis.

Goal Setting and Motivation

  • Create realistic, meaningful, and achievable goals designed to support lasting and sustainable progress.

Day Two – Building Motivation, Resilience and Sustainable Habits

Theme: Long-Term Change and Empowerment

  • The second day focuses on strengthening motivation, understanding cravings, building resilience, and reinforcing lasting behavioural change.

Progress Reflection and Discussion

  • Reflect on insights and experiences from Day One while celebrating progress and identifying personal strengths.

Understanding Cravings and Mindful Eating

  • Learn practical strategies to manage cravings, improve awareness around eating patterns, and develop a more mindful and intuitive approach to nourishment.

Strategies for Managing Setbacks

  • Explore techniques for maintaining motivation and commitment during challenging periods while developing a healthier and more compassionate mindset.

Group Hypnosis Session Three

  • Strengthen confidence, motivation, and emotional control through a guided hypnosis experience focused on empowerment and positive change.

Rewiring Self-Image

  • Examine the connection between self-perception, confidence, and behavioural habits while learning how to align a healthier self-image with long-term wellbeing goals.

Group Hypnosis Session Four

  • Integrate new habits and reinforce positive behavioural change through a powerful closing group hypnosis session.

Sustainable Success Planning

  • Create a personalised wellbeing plan to help maintain motivation, reinforce new habits, and continue progressing beyond the workshop.

Self-Hypnosis Review and Closing Reflections

  • Consolidate learning, practise self-hypnosis techniques, and leave feeling inspired, motivated, and equipped with practical tools for continued growth.
