Workshop Structure
What You Will Experience During the Weekend
Day 1: Laying the Groundwork for Change
Focus: Shift your mindset, set meaningful goals, understand the root causes of unhealthy habits and build a solid foundation for your journey.
Hypnotherapy Session 1: Unlock self-worth and visualise yourself thriving with a healthier body and mindset.
Lunch Break (1 hr)
Emotional Eating interactive workshop: Discover how to identify and overcome emotional triggers and responses and create an action plan for managing emotional and stress related eating. Learn powerful stress management self-soothing techniques.
Hypnotherapy Session 2: Learn empowering technique and practice long-term, develop healthy boundaries protecting your mental and emotional wellbeing and to gain more control over your emotions .
Goal Setting: Define achievable, motivating goals to guide your transformation.
Day 2: Building Resilience, Motivation and Sustainable Habits
Focus: Strengthening motivation, managing setbacks, and creating a plan for long-term success.
