This EMDR and Ego State Therapy training course has been developed in response to popular demand. It brings together two powerful therapeutic approaches.
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a powerful technique that you can use to treat a variety of presenting conditions that include phobias, anxiety-related issues and trauma. EMDR stimulates the safe, effective and rapid processing of ‘time frozen’ disturbing material allowing your client to achieve rapid resolution of their problem.
Ego State Therapy is an advanced psychodynamic approach that you can use to work with a wide range of behavioural, cognitive, emotional and trauma-based conditions. Using techniques akin to family therapy and group therapy, it provides a powerful dissociative approach to working with the individual components of your client’s mind.
